YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy of your information, or to withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
SERVICES PROVIDERS
We rely on providers for hosting, email delivery, contact forms, spam prevention, security monitoring and backups. They process limited information only as needed to deliver their service.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Extonify uses third party services where necessary to host the website, deliver emails, process contact form submissions, and protect against spam. These services may process limited information required to provide their functionality. We only describe services that are actually used on our website.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you contact us or submit our form, we may receive your name, email address, the nature of your enquiry, and any details, screenshots, logs or files you choose to upload. Please remove passwords, payment details, API keys and customer information before uploading anything.
Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site: IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, access time, referring page, and security logs.
PLUGIN DATA
By default, Extonify plugins are designed to store the data they manage locally on the website where they are installed.
Addresses saved with our plugins are stored locally on the merchant’s own WordPress site and are never transmitted to Extonify or any external service.
Where a future plugin must communicate with an external provider for example a shipping carrier, payment provider or AI service its listing and documentation will explain that connection before installation.
The owner of each WordPress site controls the information stored there and is responsible for their own privacy, retention, export and deletion practices. This policy does not replace the privacy policy a merchant must publish for their own store.
